  If I could negative stars here, I would. I was so taken aback by the woman at the leasing office that I didn't even get her name. I first went to the office around 12:15 in the afternoon on October 1st, 2017. The door was locked and it said no one would be back until 1pm. The second I got in my car, she came out of the office. I then left and ran some errands and arrived back at roughly 4pm. I was with a friend of mine and his daughter. I walked up and saw the sign that says you need an ID to get a tour. I immediately let her know that I had just lost my wallet a few days ago and that I just relocated from NY and will have a new one very soon. I asked if my friend could get the tour with his ID and asked if I could just ask a few questions and get some information because I was very interested in moving into the apartments. I got a cold and hard no because its illegal to do so. Its baffling to me that this woman couldn't give me a shred of information on the apartments, not even verbally. I also find it ridiculous that when I asked if it was my friend who wanted the tour and I followed along, it wouldn't have been an issue. Ill be letting anyone I know thats looking for a place to live, to stay away from there.
