  I’ve always been a big Panera fan. I eat at the Cary location all the time. So I was super excited when this one opened closer to my home. On the way home from shopping I decided to do rapid pickup. Food was ready and waiting for me when I arrived, so far so good. Unfortunately whatever employee packed my soba noodle bowl never secured the top tightly. When I arrived home I descovered the broth leaked all in the bag and all over my car. My salad was below it in the bag, but luckily that top was on tight to that so the lettuce didn’t get soaked in broth. I also descovered I ordered extra dressing for my salad but never got it in the bag. The food was great, but this location fails at the little things. Little things like securing a top to soup or broth and including extra dressing when requested. Things that take 5 seconds to double check. I know this location is new and they probably have a few kinks to work out. I will give them time and a couple more chances. If things don’t improve, I will make the drive to Cary instead like I’m used to.
