  Rich was recommended to us by a friend and former client who could not say enough nice things about him. Now, I can return the favor to each of you by writing this review of my personal experience. Rich met with me and my husband to discuss what we were looking for and our budget. We immediately got a very good feeling about him.
  
  Shortly after our initial meeting, Rich was scheduled to go on vacation, but he did not leave us empty handed. He put us in touch with his wonderful colleague, Heather Sasser, who was able to take care of us in his absence. As luck would have it, we found our dream house right away, but with Rich gone, we wondered how everything that needed to happen would fall into place.
  
  I have never met a more devoted, efficient and communicative team than at Freedom Realty. Heather immediately got in touch with us as Rich headed to vacation. She set up a day of visits to see local homes and when we asked to revisit one house that we loved, she set up at least two more visits promptly. Heather also got comps for us and asked the home owner specific questions that we had with prompt and effective care. I must mention that at every turn, Heather and Rich were in constant contact so that we were taken care of. While Heather was busy taking us to see the house and getting us all the necessary information to make a good choice, Rich was behind the scenes making sure that we had everything we needed and answering our questions.
  
  It is important to note that Rich called me from his vacation, told me that I could contact him anytime with any questions and really meant it! With the help of Heather and Rich, we made an offer which was accepted and the house purchase proceeded without difficulty. During the entire process I felt that Rich and Heather were supportive and knowledgeable and that we were in great hands. The fact that Rich would have Heather act as his proxy while on vacation says worlds about his professionalism, confidence, integrity and work ethic. He never stopped working for us, even when he was out of town.
  
  After the papers were signed, we had a few issues with the previous owner not removing some of his property from the home, etc. Rich, back from his vacation at this point, was on the case immediately. He dealt directly with the home owner to clear up the matter and really stayed by our side when we needed his help.
  
  In summary, Rich will be there for you every step of the way. He takes his job very seriously, stays in constant touch with his clients and returns calls and emails promptly. I recommend him highly to anyone who is buying or selling a home!
