  The owner of asap inc is one of the friendliest people I've met since moving to the area! Someone else said the same thing on google and I see why. Holly springs has nice people. I have a 10 year old laptop I don't wont to replace yet. Saturday it stopped turning on and my wive convinced me in getting a new laptop. Well this windows 10 mess is just that a mess! I don't like it its way to confusing like I said I'm used to my old laptop with Windows 7 regular. My wife helped me find this store and the guy she spoke with told us to bring in the new laptop and the old one to look at. He figured out the problem with my old laptop and said nothing was wrong with it, the battery was just dead it had to charge for a few minutes before it would turn on, And it sure did.While we waited for it to charge we saw how he multi tasked with several other customers that had problems. Everyone was so happy. One lady said she was going to bake them cookies she was so happy. I'm happy I still have my old laptop and far as the new one we bought were going to give it to our daughter she needs a laptop and we don't feel right returning it after we already opened everything and used some of our personal information on it. These people are honest people and wont try to take advantage of you.
